By accessing and using ECFlow ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

ECFlow provides an integrated platform that offers:

  • Task Marketplace - Connect users with service providers for various tasks
  • ECFlow Shipping - Access 650+ carriers including FedEx and UPS through ECFlow
  • On-Demand Rides - Book and provide ride services
  • Unified Wallet - Manage funds across all services

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration: You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Types: Different account types (Client, Tasker, Driver) may have different permissions and requirements.

3.4 Verification: Certain services may require identity verification for safety and security purposes.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1 Platform Fees: ECFlow charges service fees for facilitating transactions. These fees are clearly displayed before you complete any transaction.

4.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe.

4.3 Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy.

4.4 Wallet: Your ECFlow wallet can be funded via credit/debit card. Withdrawals are processed to your connected bank account.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Use the Platform for any illegal activities

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ECFlow or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 By You: You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

7.2 By ECFlow: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease. Outstanding balances must be settled according to our policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

ECFlow acts as a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided through the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of ECFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
